Trendsetter is excited to announce we just joined forces with Capitol Records to help promote a very cool new video from Capital Cities. The video for “Safe and Sound” recently premiered on VEVO.
The video for “Safe and Sound” was directed by Grady Hall (Beck, Modest Mouse), who is a writer-director and creative director at Grammy-winning Motion Theory. The video celebrates 100 years of dance, with frontmen Ryan Merchant and Sebu Simonian at the Los Angeles Theatre, in downtown LA. This track is the first single from Capital Cities’ debut album, In A Tidal Wave Of Mystery which will be released on June 4th via Capitol Records, in partnership with Lazy Hooks.
You may recognize “Safe and Sound” from promotional campaigns for HBO, Smart Car, Microsoft and more than a half a doze other spots.
