Trendsetter is thrilled to welcome artist Liz Huett to the 2017 Roster with the edgy new music video for her latest single “H8U” written by Elizabeth Huett, Michelle Buzz, Zak Waters, and Alex Reid, and produced by Pretty Sister.
30 year old Riverside, CA native Liz Huett started off as a backup vocalist for Taylor Swift after crossing paths in 2008 at a reality competition Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann, with Swift as a guest. Joining Swift as a backup singer for the Fearless tour, and appearing on Swift’s 2010 Speak Now album, Huett left the tour to throw herself into writing her own music.
As a solo artist, she appeared on A Rocket to the Moon’s 2013 album, Wild & Free and Crowder’s 2014 LP in addition to being signed with Warner Chappel. Writing songs and developing her own eclectic pop sound, Huett got signed to Interscope Records and released her big single “STFU & Hold Me” in August 2017.
