The Dutch duo Yellow Claw has just released a new video for their song “Summertime”.

“Summertime” introduces the duos goal to escape the expectations of their genre and create a different sound. Nils Rondhuis (½ of Yellow Claw) vocals are featured for the first time ever on the track. Directed by Frank Telli, the eerie black and white video, set in New York City, offers the perfect imagery for the groups new vibe.
The song is one of many on their upcoming album New Blood which is set to be released on June 22nd. This will be their third album release following up to Blood For Mercy (2015) and Los Amsterdam (2017). The duo drew inspiration for their new album from traveling around the world. Through their travels, Yellow Claw created songs that feature collaborations with artists from Denmark, Brazil, Singapore, Mexico, China, England, the United States and the Netherlands.
In the past year, Yellow Claw has collaborated with many new genres. They delved into the rock world by co-producing “Hail To The Victor” with Thirty Seconds To Mars for the band’s new album America. They also worked with Japan’s biggest J-pop group, J Soul Brothers, to produce their next single.
With all of the culture and new experiences Yellow Claw has had, “Summertime” is just a preview of what the duo has in store for us next.
