Trendsetter is thrilled to be working with The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation on their partnership with The Atom Brick on their licenses Building Brick Kits for Design Enthusiasts of All Ages!
Recently, The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation collaborated with The Atom Brick, a company seeking to inspire today’s builders to create the world around them through interconnecting bricks (similar to LEGOs) thus launching three building kits of Frank Llyod Wright’s most iconic structures; Taliesin West, Darwin D. Martin House and Unity Temple .
To give you some additional background, American architect Frank Lloyd Wright was the pioneer of modern American architecture that advanced the way we build and live around the world. Wright created the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation in 1940 to inspire the world through beautiful spaces that are thoughtfully designed and experienced. With a mission to preserve Wright’s legacy, the Foundation also is dedicated to pursue new innovations and inspire innovators and create dynamic STEAM education programming.
Inspired by telling the story of the world around us, Adam Reed Tucker, founder and design-visionary at The Atom Brick sought to create a product line that preserves the stories of our planet for future generations to enjoy with nine distinctive categories relevant to the stories that can be told using interconnecting plastic bricks. As the atom is known as the building blocks of life, Tucker created a smaller brick, called The Atom Brick meant to be the building block of design. Breaking the stigma that bricks are just meant to be used for toys, as an architect and designer Tucker felt a great connection to recreate Frank Lloyd Wright’s buildings with The Atom Bricks since there was so many different styles, subjects, and landmarks that are ahead of their time.
The Atom Brick is 3/4 the size of a “standard” building brick allowing for more details to be represented in models while still allowing for ease of handling for builders. Authorized by STEM.ORG, these kits were designed for those ages 14+, and are just the size needed to balance dimension, design, and detail making this building experience unique and educational.

More Information:
The Atom Brick was founded by Adam Reed Tucker to inspire today’s builders to create the world around them using smaller, interconnecting bricks. Tucker, educated in the core disciplines of Architecture, Engineering, and Art took this education and combined it with his passion for the ‘philosophy of design theory’ creating a line of educational souvenirs that tell the story of planet Earth.
The Atom Brick Company founded the simple idea of taking the world around us and categorizing it into nine categories relevant to the stories that can be told using interconnecting plastic bricks. Where you are looking to recreate a favorite destination or something entirely of your own, The Atom Brick Company seeks to bring your favorite subjects to life and unlock your inner creativity.
