TRESOR (French for “treasure” and pronounced “Trezor”), born Mukengerwa Tresor Riziki is an award winning and multi platinum selling DRC born singer-songwriter-producer currently based in South Africa.
Tresor’s first language is Music but he is also fluent in English, French and Swahili. His songs reflect a peregrine of life shared by so many on the continent of Africa, but few are able to express their experiences in a way that captures the ear so universally and directly.
Tresor’s early childhood favorites, Bob Marley, Papa Wemba, Phil Collins, Lokua Kanza later expanded to include a new explosion of influences from Sting, Seal, Maroon 5, Asa, One Republic, Freshly Ground, U2, Bruno Mars and Coldplay.
