Trendsetter welcomes Alt Rock Icons, Placebo, to its roster! This morning, Placebo debuted a video for brand new single “Jesus’ Son”, a track that can be found on the band’s retrospective hits album A Place For Us To Dream, due in stores & available online October 7th via Rise Records.

The new single marks a major milestone for the band 20 year career since the 1996 release of their self-titled album. Along with “Jesus’ Son”, some early singles such as “Bruise Pristine”, “Come Home”, “Teenage Angst”, “The Bitter End” and “Meds” are all included in the album.
October 7th is a big day for Placebo as they will also released a new EP entitled Life’s What You Make It, which features an additional 6 previously unreleased recording, including “Jesus’ Son” as well as a cover for Talk Talk’s classic hit “Life’s What You Make It”. All the tracks on the album are produced by Adam Noble (MUSE, RHCP), and of course who also produced the band’s major 7th studio album, Loud Like Love.
Over the band’s career, they have sold over 12 million records worldwide, gold & platinum albums in 30+ countries, had 6 top ten albums in the UK and also collaborated with musical icons including David Bowie, Michael Stipe, Robert Smith, and Alison Mosshart.
