Having achieved worldwide success with over two billion on-demand streams, U.K.-based artist, producer and songwriter Digital Farm Animals has released today “Lookin’ For” featuring Danny Ocean.
Directed by DJ Turner, the video stars the Digital Farm Animals heroic Pigman (alongside Danny Ocean) who faces a timeless conflict of coming to a crossroads where one ends up chasing fame and success, ultimately losing sight of what’s most important in life.
Says Digital Farm Animals: “Lookin’ For’ is a result of experimenting with a blend of sounds and I think this captures something really unique, sitting in-between Urban, Latin, and Electronic. Danny Ocean is an artist I’ve been following for a while now and is the real deal. We spent a lot of time in the studio and he takes the song to the next level. As a fan of so much current Latin music, it’s great to have him bring that feel to the song.”
Further adds the Pigman: “This song is so dope and Danny Ocean is the shit. The video is about people ruining their lives because they focus on the materialistic rather than real human bonds. It’s also really dope. Thank you anyone for supporting. I love you.”
Hailing from northwest London, Digital Farm Animals has masterminded irresistible pop hits like Dua Lipa’s breakthrough single “Be the One,” Galantis’ “No Money,” and Louis Tomlinson’s “Back to You” featuring Bebe Rexha, and more. Digital Farm Animals has achieved mainstream success collaborating with the likes of Alan Walker, Hailee Steinfield, Galantis and Cash Cash (collaborators on the 2016 single “Millionaire” ft. Nelly, which promptly shot to #25 on the UK Singles chart.) And while Digital Farm Animals steadily gained major traction in the pop world, he continued turning out club-ready records like “Tokyo Nights” (a 2018 collaboration with Shaun Frank and Dragonette) and collaborations with the likes of and Tiesto.
Embedded with elements of hip-hop, funk, electronic and pop, with an emphasis on powerful vocals and storytelling, Digital Farm Animals’ new music will continue to unfold over 2019. With “Lookin’ For” as the forthcoming project’s debut, Digital Farm Animals brings his signature ingenuity to his most deeply hypnotic body of work to date.
