Coldplay’s “Hymn for the Weekend” featuring Beyoncé was released in January of last year and was the second single off the band’s seventh studio album A Head Full of Dreams. The strikingly beautiful video, which was shot throughout various cities in India, has a colossal 723 million views and counting on YouTube. Throughout their twenty-one year career, Coldplay has sold over 80 million records and won seven Grammy Awards, eight Brit awards, four Billboard Music awards, and five MTV Video Music awards in addition to playing the Super Bowl half-time show, Glastonbury Festival, Coachella, and Austin City Limits.
