El Chombo – Dame Tu Cosita
Originally an introduction of a compilation released by producer panamén El Chombo, “Dame Tu Cosita” is back from the past, but not because of a catchy beat. Video game creator ArtNoux synced up the track with an animation of a dancing green alien, and posted it on Dailymotion in October.
Soon after, the app Musical.ly started a challenge under the name #dametucositachallenge, inspiring thousands to record themselves imitating the dance. The original video immediately became viral across all platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and so many more.
